The Radical Reset Retreat is a restorative and deeply personal multi-day immersive experience, created specifically for healthcare professionals who give endlessly, yet rarely find the time to refill their own cup. Over several nourishing days, you'll be supported in stepping away from the demands of your role to reconnect with your own wellbeing.
Retreat focus: Rest, reflect and reconnect - with yourself
In a profession built on service, it’s easy to become disconnected from your own needs, values, and sense of purpose. This retreat invites you to step away from the demands, to pause with intention, and to reconnect — with yourself.
Here, you’ll be surrounded by peers who understand the unique pressures of caring professions — people who share similar values, aspirations, and work challenges. It’s a safe, supportive space to reflect, share, and simply feel more at home.
The retreat program has been thoughtfully curated with input from co-facilitators,Professor Liz Farmer and Don Cameron who bring decades of experience in supporting health professionals. Professor Liz Farmer is a distinguished leader in medical education and health workforce reform and Dr. Don Cameron is a respected Medical Educator and Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Adelaide.
This retreat is a radical act of self-love, one that reminds you that your wellbeing is not a luxury, but a necessity.
