Join us at Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney, for a special one-night-only experience, to celebrate fermentation and sustainable dining!

Fermentation is one of the oldest methods of preserving food and has long been an important part of the human diet. The process of fermentation, transforms the flavour, aroma and texture to create probiotic rich foods that are super delicious, healthy and vibrant. Fermented foods also have an extended shelf life, and are a key technique in minimising food waste.

Head Chef Jez Wick and Sous Chef Lauren Evers will work their culinary magic, serving a beautiful 4-course dinner plus snacks, accompanied by house made non-alcoholic beverages. Using ingredients rescued by OzHarvest, Jez and Lauren will utilise pickling and fermenting techniques as well as low-impact cooking to create a menu full of flavour and creativity in their signature vibrant style.

By purchasing a ticket, you are directly contributing to a greater cause. For every ticket sold, Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney can serve at least five people in need, a nourishing free 3-course lunch during our weekday service.

This is your opportunity to enjoy a sustainable dining experience and learn from chefs who are deeply passionate about reducing food waste, while supporting your local community at the same time!

Tickets are available for two seating times, 6.00pm and 6.45pm.

Tickets purchased in a single transaction will be considered one booking, and guests will be seated together.
To ensure that everyone gets access to Refettorio OzHarvest Sydney – bookings will be limited to 10 seats.
