Description
AI is transforming the way small businesses operate, but knowing how to use it responsibly is becoming just as important as knowing how to use it at all.
This practical workshop helps business owners and professionals cut through the hype to understand where AI genuinely adds value, where its limitations lie, and how to use it confidently without compromising quality, privacy or client trust.
Delivered by Suzanne (Sues) Tonks, Managing Director of Limestone Group, the session combines practical business experience with expertise in psychology, leadership and responsible AI to help participants build practical capability while strengthening human judgement.
The challenge
Many small businesses are already using AI tools, but often without clear guidance around:
What responsible AI use actually means for a small business
The risks around privacy, confidentiality and inaccurate outputs
What information should and should not be entered into AI tools
Knowing when AI can assist decision-making and when to rely on human judgement
Without simple guardrails, businesses risk inconsistent outcomes, poor-quality work and unnecessary exposure.
Our approach
This is a practical, business-focused workshop designed specifically for SMEs.
Rather than focusing on technical concepts, we explore how AI can be used safely and effectively across everyday business activities, while helping participants develop the confidence to know when to rely on AI and when to apply human judgement.
