Rest ~ Replenish ~ Restore
Event description
Mondays, 5:30 – 7 pm
March 3, 10 & 17
April 7, 14 & 21
Recharge your heart and spirit.
In these times, we need to nourish ourselves more than ever. These sangha gatherings offer a space to pause, temporarily set aside worldly worries, and care for ourselves.
Just as we recharge a device after use or rest after strength training, we, too, need renewal. Let’s give our hearts and spirits that same care!
Join Quaker-Buddhist Meditation Teacher Augusta Hopkins for silent practice, deep listening, and a teacher Q&A - a space to ask personal practice questions and receive spiritual support.
These gatherings will be guided by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, Ajahn Chah & Sayadaw U Tejaniya. We will use the SFDC Guidelines for Group Communication for our conversations.
