Join our 10-week Restorative Yin and Nidra program!

Are you looking for a gentle way to shift from a busy, overstimulating day to a calm, restful state? 

This is a 5-week program tailored to help you rebuild energy, release tension and encourage a rest and digest state, helping restore hormonal balances. 

I lead these sessions every Tuesday night from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, and they’re a beautiful opportunity to slow down, release tension, and find stillness.
