Restorative Yoga and Healing Sound Bath – An Afternoon of Deep Relaxation & Rejuvenation

Indulge in 90 minutes of pure bliss with this beautiful, immersive self-care experience, thoughtfully designed to relax the body, calm the mind and soothe the soul. Take some time out from the busyness of everyday life and surrender to an afternoon of deep relaxation, restoration and inner nourishment.

Carla will gently guide you through a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice, using supportive props, blocks, bolsters and blankets to help you release tension, soften the body and ease into passive stretches. Interwoven throughout the session will be an immersive live sound bath, featuring a beautiful collection of healing instruments, including guitar, crystal singing bowls, Zaphir chimes, rain stick, mantras and more.

Allow the soothing sounds and gentle vibrations to wash over you, helping you slow down, quieten the mind and settle into a profound state of relaxation.

We'll bring this beautiful experience to a close with heartfelt kirtan (meditative group chanting), followed by a warming cup of spicy chai and some delicious plant-based sweets – the perfect opportunity to connect, unwind and enjoy a little community spirit.

You'll leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated, with a sense of inner peace, balance and wellbeing.

What to Bring

• Your own yoga mat, if you have one

• Comfortable socks

• An eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes

• A blanket or towel for extra comfort

Parking

Please allow extra time to find parking, as street parking in West End can be limited. We have three dedicated car parks located to the left of our building in Beattie Street and there is usually parking in the surrounding residential streets.
