Rise 'n' Stride Run Club September Series
Event description
All-paces run club in Takapuna
Rise 'n' Stride is the Project Sunrise weekly run club! 🏃♀️🏃♂️
Much like all of our community events, this is a no-pressure environment and the only goal is to move for 30 minutes. It’s about being healthy - not about your pace.
So if you’re looking to challenge for a crazy PB, this maybe isn’t for you, but is perfect for anyone who:
- Wants to try running for the first time
- Anyone coming back from an injury
- Runners who want to run without pace targets
- If you’re looking for a recovery run mid week
📍Meet at Takapuna beach cafe
⏰6.15am
🏃♂️30 minute run, any pace
There's an optional (but encouraged) post-run ocean plunge + coffee with the Plunge Posse at 7.00am!
