A meditative slow-paced class that explores long, deep stretching to enhance joint mobility, improve flexibility, and healing to the body’s connective tissues. This class is for people who want deep relaxation in their day. You will enjoy a deep stretch, especially through the hips, pelvis and spine. A perfect antidote to stressful busy lifestyles, runner’s stiffness, and cluttered minds.
ALL LEVELS - A gentle class that is suitable for anyone any age.

Golden Yogi is a yoga studio based in Takapuna, Auckland, focused on providing inspiring yoga classes to serve the community for personal growth and transformation to encourage people to be happy, healthy, and in harmony. Their purpose is to develop a conscious community focused on optimum health through natural lifestyle choices to merge the mind, body, and spirit.
Their team of highly experienced teachers offer a wide variety of yoga styles to meet you where you are at, and take you where you want to go.

About Project Sunrise
Project Sunrise is a community created by three friends (Clarissa Hirst, Floriane Caillot and Pete Whittaker) designed to support professionals and business owners navigating burnout and mental health struggles.
We run weekly events around Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, ranging from free walks to mindfulness workshops and gentle exercises, all in a pitch-free, no-expectation environment.
