Sip 'n' Stroll Takapuna // Project Sunrise Mental Health Awareness Week
Event description
Sip 'n' Stroll in Takapuna
Our weekly walk and chat over a hot drink. BYO keep cup if you'd like to grab a takeaway beverage from the cafe. Otherwise, there's nothing to bring and no pressure - all you gotta do is show up!
We go ahead no matter the weather. If it's truly horrendous outside we grab a table inside the cafe and have a "Sip 'n' Sit" instead 😀
This event forms part of Project Sunrise's Mental Health Awareness Week activity. Check out what else is happening over MHAW 2025 by visiting Project Sunrise's Humanitix page or following us on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn.

We run weekly events around Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, ranging from free walks to mindfulness workshops and gentle exercises, all in a pitch-free, no-expectation environment.
You can join our WhatsApp group to find out what's coming up and connect with others in the community.
