Roger Knox - Buluunarbi and the Old North Star

Legendary Aboriginal Elder, entertainer and songwriter Uncle Roger Knox will perform in stripped-back acoustic mode for this uplifting storytelling and musical event.  On this special Sunday afternoon performance, he will be joined by Toby Martin to perform songs from his forthcoming album Buluunarbi and the Old North Star, to be released on 30th May. Uncle Roger and Toby will play the entirety of this new album and a couple of old favourites. Buluunarbi and the Old North Star represents a cultural milestone for Uncle Roger as his first album of original material. Each song generously shares moments in his life as a Gomeroi songman, singing across his and our Country.

Under 18s are welcome at the Petersham Bowling Club but must be accompanied by an adult.

Getting to The PBC! Access to the club and main stage is via 12 stairs at the front of the venue. We are not wheelchair accessible currently but we are working on it! There is free, untimed parking on the avenue and Brighton Street and drop off / pick up is available via our driveway.
