This 2 hour immersion will blend functional Myofascial Release (MFR) techniques & Yin Yoga to skillfully & effectively mobilise & hydrate soft tissue, strengthen & revive fascia, dismantle trigger points, ease tension & bring fresh blood flow to tired, stiff muscles.
This will be a slow paced, therapeutic class during which we will use various props & therapy balls to explore the body in a unique & individually tailored way to alleviate restrictions & discontinuities within the body.
