The Shamanic Drum Journey is a sacred ritual that invites us to enter a profound meditative state, guided by the rhythmic beat reminiscent of the first sound we hear in our mother's womb—the heartbeat.

A cacao ceremony is a gathering where we use this sacred plant medicine to create space for healing, connection, heart opening, and raising high-vibration energy. We open the circle by setting an intention to work during the ceremony while we start opening our senses to invite cacao into our physical and emotional bodies.

**Yoga mats and cushions will be provided, but please feel free to bring yours if you prefer.**

YOUR FACILITATORS

Jennifer began practicing yoga during a challenging time and became a certified yoga teacher, completing various specialized trainings. She also discovered the healing power of the Shamanic Drum and is a certified Sacred Cacao Facilitator. As a Reiki Master, she integrates ancient modalities with Shamanism to help clients reconnect with their inner selves.

Carolina is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is a space holder who loves to share her passion and wisdom with others. She runs cacao and full moon ceremonies, meditation sessions, and yoga classes. She uses different healing techniques and through her deep connection with this sacred heart medicine, she creates a sacred and safe space for you to connect with your soul.
