Retail Qualifications Continuum Review - Online Workshop - Session 3

To support the review and redevelopment of the qualification pathway from Certificate II Retail Services through to the Diploma of Retail Leadership, SaCSA is seeking feedback from a wide range of stakeholders. 

This session is aimed at persons currently (or recently) working in the Retail sector, industry experts and RTOs.

SaCSA wishes to receive your feedback on the following topics:

• The recently launched revised qualifications and units of competency that are available now for public consultation including the new units of competency that sit within this review

• Skillsets and specialisations

• Industry trends and developing skills and knowledge requirements

• Industry challenges

• Skills gaps in employees and those newly qualified

• Career pathways
