Event description

Would you like to feel more confident speaking up for and supporting your child with disability through their primary school years?

Everyday Advocacy at School is a practical and supportive workshop to help you build strong partnerships and confidently support your child’s inclusion and participation in school.

In this interactive workshop, you'll learn how to:

  • Understand the important role you play in your child’s education
  • Build positive relationships with teachers and school staff
  • Advocate for your child’s needs in everyday ways
  • Work alongside therapists and specialists to support your child’s learning

You’ll also hear from other parents, share your own experiences, and take away practical strategies to build strong partnerships that help your child thrive throughout their primary school years.
