Setting up your Product Sales Funnel
Event description
Please note: this event is run by the Small Business Development Corporation for small business owners in Western Australia only.
Having a well structured sales funnel is crucial for online businesses to guide prospective customers through the decision making process, ultimately leading them to purchase your products. Many businesses overlook the fact that different customers require tailored messaging at different stages of the buyer journey.
In this workshop, you will learn how the sales funnel works and gain practical skills and strategies to optimise your sales funnel to drive more conversions.
This topic covers:
- Acquiring new customers through free and paid methods
- Creating personalised messages to prospective customers, depending on which stage of the funnel they are in
- Overcoming objections and addressing concerns that may be stopping customers from purchasing
- Retargeting previous customers to buy from you again
This session is suitable for business owners or anyone thinking about starting an ecommerce business.
