------SEW much textile waste in our society!

------SEW expensive to buy new!

------SEW much better to reuse and recycle!

------SEW why not learn a new skill and upcycle for free?

 The Serpentine Jarrahdale Shire Library (providing sewing machines and overlocker) and Waste Education Officer Polly will be hosting FREE beginners sewing lessons (BYO used fabric to repurpose). SEW SUSTAINABLE!!

March's session will be making a bib out of a pillowcase or shower curtain (if you want water resist) - there should be some materials available from SJ Reuse Shop to use (gold coin donate) if you can't BYO or are inspired to make more!  We will be providing easy Velcro, but if more advanced you can do a button or press stud fastener (BYO) Note that you will need measurement of neck of the child/person the bib is for - or senior fur baby in my case...
