    Event description

Shakti and Sound is an invitation to come into greater intimacy with your innate creative power through a practice that harnesses the senses and amplifies the subtle.

We’ll journey through breathwork, movement and sound as we explore internal experience, sensation and relationship of parts.
Katie (ethereal movements) will guide you through pranayama and slow flow yoga to awaken the subtle body, drawing upon Hatha and Tantric practices that incorporate breathwork and guided meditation. Your journey of movement and breath will be complimented by a soundscape of healing sounds and vibrations crafted by Vicky (Feel in Flow) to support you in your felt sense inquiry. As you find stillness you will then lay back and sink into the mat for a dedicated sound bath to help you harmonise and integrate your re-enlivened expression of shakti.

The practices will be accessible to all bodies and levels of experience. This session is open to all genders.
