Shedding & Becoming- An Initmate Women's Circle
Description
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
There are moments in a woman’s life when everything feels like it’s shifting:
• a relationship changing or ending
• a career that no longer fits
• health or hormonal changes
• the quiet ache of becoming someone new… without a map
From the outside, life can still look stable.
But internally, something feels different.
Quieter.
Unsettled.
Like the way you’ve been holding everything no longer fits.
This isn’t a breakdown.
It’s a threshold.
.
This is not a space to fix anything.
It’s a space to slow down,
to come back into your body,
and to be witnessed — without needing to explain, analyse, or resolve anything.
.
This may be for you if you:
• want to be held without needing to be “fixed”
• feel like you’re holding more than you can process alone
• are moving through a transition that hasn’t fully settled yet
• notice yourself overthinking, bracing, or staying “on”
• want space to reconnect with yourself — without pressure
.
What happens in the circle
This is a small, grounded space.
We begin by arriving slowly — with tea, gentle breath, and body awareness.
There’s no pressure to share.
No expectation to process anything.
You’re welcome to speak, or not.
The focus is on:
• slowing the nervous system
• creating space internally
• allowing clarity to emerge in its own time
• being witnessed without needing to be fixed
.
What women notice afterwards
Most women leave feeling clearer, lighter, more grounded in themselves — and less alone in what they’re carrying.
Not because anything was forced or fixed —
but because they had space to stop holding everything on their own.
This isn’t just a circle.
It’s a space where something begins to settle.
