Get your nature on these school holidays in the Royal Botanic Garden Sydney!

Explore the gardens and learn how First Nations peoples build gunyas and other shelters for survival. Then get busy building your own life-size shelter from natural materials in a super shelter-building challenge! Plus, get inspired to do craft sustainably as you create a beautiful hanging mobile using natural materials to take home.

When: 15, 16, 17 April 2024 |10:30 - 12.00pm and 1pm - 2:30pm

Where: Meet at Rathborne Lodge

Who:
 Recommended for children aged 5 - 12 years with an accompanying adult

Cost: $20 per child | Foundation and Friends Members $18 per child. 



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Purchase of a ticket online is final. Participants are required to bring a soft or hard copy of their online booking confirmation to the activity.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation of tickets purchased online.
  • A request for a date change can be made in writing no less than 72 hours prior to the program commencement time. The new event date must be within one month of the original booking date. Approval of a date change is at the discretion of the BGoS.
