Simchat Torah - HHD 2025/5786 at Emanuel Synagogue
Event description
As we conclude the reading of the Torah and honour our Chatan Torah and Kallah Bereishit, we celebrate and dance with the Torah and our incredible band of musicians.
We will begin the evening with a commemoration of October 7th and a reflection on the days since then. We will remember those lost, plead for the return of the hostages and offer our prayers for peace and healing.
A light supper will be served by Nora's Kitchen, and lollies for the kids.
We are expecting record numbers at our Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur services this year, and with limited space in our sanctuaries, we must prioritise our members, who have exclusive access to High Holy Days tickets. If you would like to join us, please call (02) 9389 6444 to arrange your membership.
If you would like to join us, but you're not ready to commit to a membership, please come along to our Kol Nidrei Renewal service, for which we have allocated a limited number of seats for non-members and a special price for young adults. Learn more and purchase here.
