A 2 hours journey through movement and stillness, through reconnection with oneself and others, a moment for sharing and reflecting.
These Women’s Circles will be held every month in a beautiful, sacred space in Fremantle.
A safe and supportive space for women to gather, connect and share in a non-judgmental way.

Come and join the Sisters of Freo Women’s Circle for about 2hours to tune into your body, find some peace and share with other like-minded souls. This is all about community and self-care.
During this event, on April 2nd, we will explore a deeper connection to ourselves through touch. Reconnection through self-massage and reflexology. Be ready to get cosy !
Our evening will involve:
☽◯☾ An opening introduction and sharing circle : a new theme is explored every month. Every woman can feel safe to share or simply be here to listen. When we see others, we start to see ourselves.
☽◯☾ A gentle guided breathwork/meditation will then follow.
☽◯☾ Intuitive movement as well as some Yin postures for a deep release and further grounding
☽◯☾ Journaling : a time for reflection, for checking in and set intentions
☽◯☾ Oracle cards reading
☽◯☾ Time for spontaneous conversations, creating friendships while snacking on some fresh fruits and sipping a herbal tea
*Please bring along a blanket/towel, notebook and pen.
