Site Tour | Coca-Cola Europacific Partners - Richlands
Event description
Join Us for our site tour of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Richlands QLD
In August 2025, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) officially opened the largest and most efficient canning line in their global network at the Richlands site – a major milestone for Australian operations.
Backed by a $75 million investment, the line can process up to 120,000 cans per hour. Over the 18-month construction phase, more than 250 local contractors worked safely onsite, and 18 new full-time roles have been created, strengthening job opportunities for Queenslanders.
Designed across five mezzanine levels, the line integrates the latest manufacturing technology, optimising space, workflow, and long-term durability.
Perhaps most impressively, the project was delivered within an ongoing operation—navigating complex challenges in WHS, food safety, logistics, and contractor management.
So, how did they achieve it?
Join us at Coca-Cola on 22 October to find out.
Many IPA members face similar challenges when delivering projects embedded within live operations—this is your opportunity to learn how Coca-Cola got it right.
