Start your weekend with ease and intention at my Releasing Resistance Slow Flow Yoga class, designed to help you let go of tension, reconnect with your breath, and create space for your soul to move through your body. 

This gentle, 60-minute class is perfect for men and women who are looking for a slower, more mindful practice. With the help of noise-cancelling headphones, you’ll be fully immersed in your own experience, free from external distractions. Each breath will guide you through slow, intentional movements that emphasise alignment, allowing you to release any physical or emotional resistance you may be holding onto.

As you move and breathe in harmony, you’ll find a deeper connection to your body, inviting more ease, flow, and presence into your day. This class is not just about movement—it’s about creating alignment between your mind, body, and soul.
