Sound Meditation Sunday. A Invitation into Deep Intentional Rest.
Event description
Enjoy the deep physical, mental and emotional benefits of sound and meditation to nurture and nourish.
Sound has been used for millennia by ancient cultures in rituals, ceremonies, rites of passage, meditation and celebrations using a myriad of instruments.
Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that utilises sound and vibration to return the body to homeostasis and to heal. It involves a fusion of multi-faceted instruments, meditation and breathwork. I use crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, tingshas, Koshi Chimes, rain sticks, Native American Flute, and the Shwarmandal.
