Learning to make sourdough bread is a journey, one AtoZ instructor Jeff King has been on for two decades! 

You’re invited to the AtoZ kitchen to learn how to make great tasting, healthy sourdough bread. Students will feed starters, mill their own flour, hand-mix dough, and learn stretch-and-fold, and shaping techniques, and how to score and bake off their bread. Students take home a banneton (proofing basket), a scoring blade, bread recipes - and some of Jeff’s 12-year old starter to begin their own sourdough journey. 

Please wear close-toed shoes, as we will be in a commercial kitchen.
