Story Soirée: a Melbourne Open Mic Event by Words of a Feather & The Provocative Inklings

Join us for a night of provocative, evocative readings brought to you by Words of a Feather and The Provocative Inklings!
All are welcome to put their name in the hat to share writing and stories in any format. All are also welcome to simply enjoy a wonderful night of readings.
The theme? COSY.
Story Soirées are held quarterly. This one will be held in the cosy, art-filled Cyrus ArtLounge in Carlton.
Bookings are essential.
Structure:
6 - 7pm: Doors open. Mingle and settle down for general introductions, drinks and nibbles. Put your name into the reading hat (completely optional)! There will be small group writing games to kick off!
7 - 8pm: Doors close, and the Story Soirèe begins in earnest!
8 - 8:30pm: - The soirée concludes with a message from Words of a Feather and Provocative Inklings, and time to chat with new and old writer friends.

🍃 Please arrive before 7pm out of respect for our readers.
🍃 Limited drinks and canapés will be provided. You are welcome to BYO drinks and food as well. Please take all your rubbish with you <3
