October is Mental Health month, let's celebrate and raise awareness together.

Storytelling can be a powerful tool in strategic healing and building confidence. Join local author, Kim Bambrook in this interactive workshop where Kim will speak about her personal writing journey and give you practical tips on how to write for healing. 


Bring along with you a notepad and pen.

Drinks and snacks will be provided.
