As the former Head of Strategy for Deloitte, he has demonstrated capabilities for leading senior teams, diagnosing organisation challenges and solving complex problems from the cross-functional perspective of a CEO. Selwyn taught the MBA program at Melbourne Business School for over 10 years. He is a seasoned transformation executive and an expert advisor and facilitator for Boards and Executives.

Selwyn has deep experience in Enterprise Transformation, Strategy Development, Design and Digital, Innovation, Education and Entrepreneurship. He has worked extensively in Resources, Logistics and Infrastructure (Port, Rail, Airport), Professional Services, Aviation, Financial Services, Property, Oil & Gas and Telecommunications.
