At ResourceSmart Schools, we know the success of student-led innovation and how students can encourage other students and the wider community to act on sustainability. Individual student leaders and student action teams across Victoria are committed to implementing sustainable practices and bringing about lasting impact at their school. Teachers and school staff work hard to support their student leaders but what happens if it seems like everyone is ignoring the direction that the leaders are trying to set?
Join us for a fun workshop about a serious topic to learn four positive strategies which will help get more support for an individual leader, a whole team or a new idea!

About our guest presenter:
Ronan McGinniss is the founder and current Managing Director(Marketing) of GRIP Leadership.
GRIP Leadership is an independent organisation that exists to train and develop leaders with a special focus on school students and the educational sector. Most known for the GRIP Student Leadership Conferences, the team also presents tailored seminars and presentations for schools. GRIP Leadership programs are fresh, practical, interactive and enjoyed by tens of thousands of students each year.
