Sunday Crafternoon: Crow-fternoon!

This week's theme is... CROWS!! (It's a shame there's no crow emoji). If you live in Portland, you've probably noticed the wild ways the crows here flock, gather, and fly in the fall and wintertime. We think they're pretty epic, and we wanted to theme a whole Crafternoon around these bird friends of ours! We've got some really cool crow-crafts planned: dangling mobiles, collages, sculptures, and even a simple automaton using a small box and a paper clip (that allow you to make a MOVING crow diorama). Come to Crow-fteroon and get crow-fty with us! ☔️

Crafternoon is a self-guided, themed, creative reuse craft activity with materials provided! Every week we like to pick a theme or simple project to explore. Our favorites include seasonal decor, mini race carts, dioramas, paper marbling, and unusual material challenges! Guests are welcome to make and take home as many creations as they would like.

To reserve your spot/seats before the event, tickets can be purchased in advance through Humanitix for a slight discount ($10 plus fees). Tickets sold at the door are $12. SCRAP prioritizes access to affordable art materials and expressions, so if the ticket price poses a hardship, please select the Sliding Scale ticket type on Humanitix. If you would like to contribute to someone else's ticket in addition to your own, please select the Pay It Forward ticket type and know that your contribution helps spread access to creative reuse and creative community-making! Please feel free to call the store (503-294-0769) on the day of the event if you have any questions.

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you cannot make it to the event, please feel free to send a friend in your place. If you are unable to do that, we still cannot refund your ticket, but you could think of your payment as supporting our SCRAPpy little creative reuse non-profit! We appreciate your support and understanding!
