Join us as we nurture mind, body and baby with an 8-week yoga-inspired playgroup designed to support your postpartum journey in a safe, nurturing, judgement free environment. Fun for you and your baby. 

Join us as we delve into the realms of self-care, connecting with other mums, and bonding with your little one through playful movement and songs.

What to Expect:

• 🤱 A nurturing, judgment-free space where mums and bubs can engage in playful songs and poses, blending yoga principles with the joy of playgroup activities.
• 🌿 Introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga, tailored to support your journey through motherhood.
• 💪 Gentle sequences of targeted poses supporting your postnatal recovery. Focused on enhancing pelvic floor and core strength, and easing tension in your back, neck, hips, and shoulders.
• 🏠 Flexible class structure: whether you seek strength, balance, or simply a moment to unwind with your baby, our classes cater to your needs.
• 🛌 Nursing and nappy-friendly environment: tend to your baby's needs comfortably.
• 🩺 Doctor's go ahead: ensure you're ready to resume exercise post-birth.

What to Bring:

• 🧘‍♀️ Comfortable attire for free movement.
• 🍼 Water to stay hydrated.
• 🛏️ A small blanket or pillow for your baby's comfort.
