The Way of the Heart - Breathwork Journey with Yin Yoga & Movement

This is a powerful breathwork journey of awakening and healing, much like rebirthing and holotropic breathwork. We'll use movement and yoga shapes to clear the energetic body as well as release tension and stress from the physical body. Our intensions are powerful and as we move past the conceptual mind with breathwork and sound we are able to transform and liberate heavy energies, unwanted patterns and programs that are holding us back and therefore bring in healing, wisdom and enlightenment.
We'll take a journey through the elements 'earth, water, fire and air' using music and sound (shamanic drum's and rattles, crystal sounds bowls) clearing, balancing and energising the chakras and nadis, then drop into a deep breathwork journey connecting to your subconscious mind, receiving healing and liberation wherever is needed most for your higher good and to invoke your natural healing systems.
You will be safely guided and supported through your journey in a powerful medicine wheel and comfortable sacred space, bringing in light love and healing to all parts of your being……

The roots of breath work go back to ancient times including yogic traditions as well as shamanic practices, its is the foundation of most spiritual modalities.
We are able to bye pass the conceptual mind and reach the subconscious, clearing out the old and inviting in transformation, healing and awakening.
