This masterclass is designed for leaders at all levels who want to improve their ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
What is this masterclass about?
Giving and receiving feedback is a critical skill for leaders at all levels. Done well, feedback builds trust, strengthens team performance, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Yet, many leaders struggle with delivering feedback effectively or receiving it without defensiveness.
In this 90-minute live virtual session, you will explore why feedback conversations can feel difficult, understand common feedback triggers, and learn structured techniques like the SBI model to ensure feedback is clear, constructive, and actionable.
What will you learn?
In this masterclass, you will:
✔ Explore the challenges and triggers of receiving feedback and how to stay open to constructive input.
✔ Learn and practice the SBI model (Situation, Behaviour, Impact) to deliver precise and actionable feedback.
✔ Apply feedback skills to real-world scenarios, improving confidence in high-stakes conversations.
Session format & expectations
- Format: Live virtual session on Microsoft Teams
- Group Size: 6–12 participants for an intimate, interactive experience
- Language: English
- Engagement: This is a highly interactive session, including breakout room discussions and reflection exercises. Participants should ensure they can be fully present, with no distractions or competing commitments.
