WHAT"S INCLUDED

MEDITATION AND BREATHWORK

Deep and powerful women's meditation and breathing practices. These female alchemy techniques are rarely taught and naturally cultivate and nourish our essence so we may feel more radiant, connected, loving, balanced and energised. Soothing and stilling the body, mind and emotions.

EMBODIED EFT (Tapping)

Emotional Freedom technique (tapping) uses our fingertips to tap on specific acupuncture points while emotionally tuning in to limiting beliefs or negative experiences, and quietly expressing feelings about them as you tap on these points. This powerful mind body technique lets you access your subconscious mind and physically release these blocks. Many clinical trials have demonstrated its efficacy in changing attitudes, feelings and actions

WOMEN’S HORMONAL HEALTH PRESENTATION

Perimenopause and menopause can bring new and often seemingly foreign changes to your mind and body. Weight gain, mood changes, erratic and/or heavy cycles, no cycle, hot flushes, sleep disturbances, muscle and joint pain and more. Gain a deeper understanding as to why these symptoms occur.

Learn naturopathic strategies to minimise/avoid, or manage/resolve these symptoms so you feeling healthier and happy through these transition years. Equally as important is supporting your heart, bones and brain health through your post-menopausal life phase. This requirement starts earlier that most realise.

KITCHEN DEMONSTRATION - Supporting your gut microbiome & hormonal health

Learn how to put a meal together with the correct balance of macronutrients. This helps stabilise your blood sugars which has a myriad of benefits including weight loss, improved energy and sleep.

Our gut microbiome makes up 2kgs of our weight! Research now demonstrates that these microorganisms affect our digestive health, mental health, immune system, hormonal health and more. Learning the types of foods that feed and support your gut microbes is critical to all aspects of your well-being.

Herbs and spices have anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, immune boosting properties, as well as supporting your hormonal health. Be inspired as to how to incorporate more of these amazing foods into your daily diet.

VEGETARIAN + GLUTEN FREE LUNCH AND MORNING TEA

Enjoy a delicious morning tea and lunch lovingly prepared from the garden and with local produce. Recipes and practical resources provided.

WU YIN YOGA

Is a restorative floor based women's yin yoga practice. A gentle movement medicine to look into yourself, through movement and reflection, and understand who you are.

YOGA NIDRA

A deeply restorative laying meditation known as awake sleep. You'll be guided to journey inwards, to attune to your inner world of thought, inner sensation, inner space, allowing deep held stresses and tensions to emerge and be released.
