TUNING INTO TEENS (All Day Session)

A free, evidence-based workshop for parents/guardians and carers of teenagers.

Learn how to better communicate, understand and connect with your teen while teaching them how to manage emotions and conflict.


The Program

• All Day Session - the whole program is delivered in a group format over 6 hours (lunch & refreshments provided).
• Learn a different aspect of emotion coaching, and practise at home with your family.
