    THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO MEMBERS OF UNIVERSITY HOUSE AND THEIR GUESTS

    Take in the impressive views from the 10th Floor of the Woodward Conference Centre, as you enjoy a four course truffle dinner with Vinea Marson dynamic winemaker father/ daughter duo Mario and Madeleine Marson.

    Mario is one of Australia's most experienced winemakers & viticulturalists. After working 17 years as winemaker at Mount Mary with a stint at Jasper Hill, Mario and daughter Madeleine have their vineyard and truffle plantation in Heathcote, where they craft some of the most distinctive Italian varietal wines.

    Executive chef Stevie Carew has created a stunning menu to present with these special wines.  We are also offering a premium non-alcoholic package for those who prefer to stay off the wine.
