    Your teacher Jenny is a diploma qualified yoga/meditation teacher with over 18 years teaching experience. 

    • All meditation tools provided including cushions, meditation stools, eyepillows and tools for the various meditation techniques you'll be learning. 

    Our purpose-built studio is located on 3 acres of permaculture gardens with gorgeous mountain views. The birds chirping and the leaves rustling outside all add to your meditation experience.
