Event description
Are you interested in improving your well-being and coping skills?
UC Medical and Counselling Centre is running a FREE weekly psych skill workshop for UC students.
Each week one of our Psychologists will work with students on building a new set of skills and the tools to manage a range of challenges students face today – such as goal setting, connecting with others, managing stress, and overcoming procrastination.
The Weekly Psych Session is presented in-person every even week, and online every odd week. Please see the table below upcoming topics and delivery method.
Register now to reserve your spot in the group. If you have any questions or enquiries, please contact the UC Medical and Counselling Centre on (02) 6201 2351.
