In this workshop, you'll hear current trends and practical advice from both buyers and high-performing social enterprise suppliers on how to build and strengthen procurement relationships. Through group discussions, you'll explore your current strategies, reflect on new insights, and identify actions you can take to grow your enterprise's impact.

Hosted by Lauren McAlister, Head of Membership Services at Social Traders, this session draws on experience working with procurement teams across industries to increase the number and value of contracts awarded to social enterprise.
