Description

A cosy and safe space where like hearted women come together to breathe, rest, reset and witness each other as they are.

The space is set up with blankets, candles, mugs of warm drinks and soft, soothing music.

Each session ends with a guided meditation that will be purely from rach's heart space.

If you desire BYO your own blanket/pillow for extra comfort.

*This is the yin version of it's yang counterpart - River breaths, an outdoor breathwork experience that is run between October -April

Rachel is a breathwork practitioner, yoga teacher, nurse, and space holder who creates grounded, supportive spaces for women to connect, breathe, share, and reconnect with themselves.

Her events weave together breathwork, embodiment practices, reflection, conversation, and community in a way that feels honest, welcoming, and deeply human.

Women often leave her spaces feeling lighter, more connected to themselves, emotionally supported, and reminded that they don’t need to have everything figured out to belong.

Rach is passionate about creating spaces where women can unmask, take messy action, be witnessed in their realness, and experience the power of genuine community.

Every event is created with warmth, intention, compassion, and a little bit of fun.
