Winter Breaths - Cosy breathwork encounters
Event description
A cosy and safe space that like hearted women come together to breathe, rest, reset and witness each other as they are.
The space will be set up with blankets, candles, fairy lights, mugs of warm drinks and soft, soothing music.
Each session ends with a guided meditation that will be purely from rach's heart space.
If you desire BYO your own blanket/pillow for extra comfort.
