Winter Breaths - Cosy breathwork encounters

A cosy and safe space where like hearted women come together to breathe, rest, reset and witness each other as they are.

The space is set up with blankets, candles, mugs of warm drinks and soft, soothing music. 

Each session ends with a guided meditation that will be purely from rach's heart space. 

If you desire BYO your own blanket/pillow for extra comfort.
