Join Women 4 STEM in the first of 4 'Move the Needle' events. We have gathered experts covering Neurodiversity, Intersectionality and Women’s Health for this panel. 


In this session we will be focusing on creating an inclusive workplace and fostering a true sense of belonging. This is our first in person event for the year proudly sponsored by Robert Half.

MEET OUR PANEL

VINETI ANAND (Speaker)

Director, APOC

Vineti Anand is the Director of Australian Professionals of Colour (APOC), a non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering cultural intelligence and inclusion in Australian workplaces.

With years of experience in program management, Vineti has successfully led both corporate programs and people, alongside founding and steering her own NFP organisation.

Passionate about giving back to the community, she is always seeking innovative ways to improve efficiencies, create impactful programs, and empower diverse individuals.

As a mother of two, Vineti's dedication to balancing her professional and personal life fuels her drive to continuously elevate the work she does for her community.

DR MORLEY MUSE (Speaker)

Co-founder, iSTEM Co. and DEIR.AI, Board Director, Women in STEMM Australia 

Dr Morley Muse is a Chemical, Environmental and Renewable Energy Engineer with expertise in waste-to-energy generation, wastewater treatment, renewable hydrogen generation, biofuels production and energy transition including storage, transmission and waste heat reuse. She holds multiple board/executive leadership positions and has worked across academia and industry including in consulting and construction.

As the co-founder of iSTEM Co, a research, consulting, and talent-sourcing business that enables employment for women in STEM, Morley continues to encourage women, including diverse women to further their careers in STEM.

In addition, Dr Muse is a member of the Energy Reference Group with Jemena Energy, providing expert advice on the energy transition, tariffs, and electricity price reset for Jemena Energy and its customers. 

VICKY LITTLE (Speaker)

Chief Operating Officer, Specialisterne

In her role as Chief Operating Officer with Specialisterne, Vicky works closely with the Specialisterne team to support business and government clients in realising their aspirations for inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive.

Vicky is a passionate disability advocate with over 18 years’ experience in the field of autism and neurodiverse employment in Australia and the United Kingdom. Vicky brings lived experience to her role, having recently received a late-diagnosis of ADHD.

Vicky’s experience includes establishing NSW’s first autism-specific employment service, Aspect Capable, at Autism Spectrum Australia. Vicky is dedicated to enabling employers to create neuroinclusive workplace environments that enable all individuals to have access to meaningful careers.

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts - (Psychology), Certificate IV in workplace Training and Assessment and recently completed a Mini Master of Business Administration.

KYLIE CUMMINGS (Speaker)

Head Of Technology – Commercial Division at ANZ

Kylie is a visionary technology leader with a track record in driving innovation and transformation in large organisations. Her expertise is in managing complex product and IT portfolios. 

Kylie's journey as an Aboriginal woman in Tech, her commitment to empowering First Nations communities, and proudly discovering her heritage and the power of cultural education ensures that not only does she make a difference for other women but also champions First Nations people in the technology sector. 

Some recent initiatives Kylie has championed within ANZ include BlackCard training and Deadly Coders, which bridge cultural understanding and promote Indigenous talent in tech.

MARY-BETH HOSKING (Facilitator)

CEO, Women 4 STEM

Mary-Beth Hosking is a pragmatic and seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in organisational transformations and is currently the CEO of Women 4 STEM.  

Mary-Beth published her first book “In One Piece – A Step-by-Step Guide to Surviving Change” at the beginning of the Covid Pandemic and hopes that this has helped leaders grappling with the changes Covid has brought to the corporate landscape. Her second book “When now, means NOW! – A handbook for career change, advancement, and progression” launched in May 2023.  Her third book "Not Another Digital Transformation - The 10xGeneration launched in April 2024".  

Mary-Beth prides herself on the work she does in supporting diversity across STEM having won the WEQUAL Award for Technology and being an OLA Finalist.
