Join Our 10-Week Somatic Yoga Program!
Are you looking to cultivate a yoga practice that supports your mental, emotional, and physical health?Â
Our 5-week program offers intimate, holistic practices designed to release tension, strengthen muscles, and promote mindfulness. Through a blend of postures, breathwork, and movement, you’ll achieve a relaxed state, improving circulation, boosting your immune system, and supporting hormonal balance.
I lead these sessions every Sunday at 9:00am to 10:00am, and they’re a beautiful opportunity to connect with a community of women committed to prioritizing their health and wellbeing. Classes are available online or in-person at Yarraville (weather permitting).
