Working Group | Focussed Improvement in Action - Case Studies

This event has passed Register

Event description

This working group will focus on Focussed Improvement in Action - Case Studies

Focused improvement can be defined as a process that identifies the systems problems and then modifies the whole system to find the most cost effective, time saving and least disruptive solutions.

Many of you have taken a particular area, work centre, production line or process and applied ‘focussed’ improvement to good effect.

How did you go about this?

What wins did you have? What losses?

How did you identify your constraints?

How did you bring everyone along for the journey?
