Working Group | Successful Enterprise Bargaining
Event description
This working group will focus on 'Successful Enterprise Bargaining'
Does your business engage in Enterprise bargaining?
If so, it is most likely that you have experienced some disruption in the past and are not too excited about the next one.
But, does it have to be that way?
It is well documented that the adversarial approach to bargaining is less conducive to the ‘Win-Win’ that we should be aiming for.
Many businesses have learnt the hard way about what doesn’t work but will also have advice on what does.
Some areas we will explore in this workshop:
• Do you have clarity of need? Are you in alignment with your business objectives?
• Have you anticipated the potential negotiation ‘pain points’?
• Have you got the right leaders involved?
• Is your strategy integrated, articulated and understood?
• Have you planned your process carefully?
• How do you build mutual trust?
• Are you seeking alignment with all parties?
• How do you build and maintain resilience?
• How do you know when you have achieved a good result?
Our events are an excellent forum for networking and engaging in 'peer to peer' learning with other members. To get the most out of the event you need to attend the event with a willingness to contribute to group discussions.
