Event description

FREE WORKSHOP FOR ADULTS!

Discover how a simple sketch can spark big ideas with award-winning Melbourne author and illustrator Jess McGeachin. Whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time or looking to take your creative writing or art practice further, you’ll discover new ways to draw inspiration from nature, try out quick drawing techniques, and learn how those sketches can grow into imaginative stories and original ideas for books and art projects.

Suitable for adults with all levels of experience. All materials will be supplied. Nibbles and drinks will be provided thanks to the generosity of the Town of Port Hedland Libraries team.

Unless the workshop is full, walk-ins will be welcomed at the door without a ticket. Booking early ensures you don’t miss out and we have enough materials and refreshments for everyone
