in this five weeks series, you will learn what Yin yoga is, and how it affects the body.
Each week we will expand on breathing practices, postures, meridian channels of energy and the 5 elements (Earth, Water, Metal, Wood & Fire)
Yin works into the connective tissues of the body, helping to restore balance and increase flexibility and mobility.
This class is not just based on beginners, experienced yogis can benefit as well. We will cover the fundamental basics, but if you are an experienced practitioner, advanced postures can be offered throughout all the classes.
