Join me for this two-hour relaxing afternoon to let yourself fall into a restful state of being through yin yoga, pranayam and meditation.

Autumn invites us to release excess doing, holding and thinking allowing us to surrender into simply being - something that our daily lives don't always allow.    

We'll enjoy:

  • deep and transformative yin yoga targeting the digestive and respiratory systems
  • pranayam which soothes and recalibrates the nervous system   
  • meditation which allows for a state of being and more space between thoughts

All bodies welcome. No previous experience required.

Our yoga shala has mats, blankets and blocks for all.
