Yin yoga, Pranayam & Meditation ~ Falling Into Rest
Event description
Join me for this two-hour relaxing afternoon to let yourself fall into a restful state of being
through yin yoga, pranayam and meditation.
Autumn invites us to release excess doing, holding and thinking allowing us to surrender into
simply being - something that our daily lives don't always allow.
We'll enjoy:
- deep and transformative yin yoga targeting the digestive and respiratory systems
- pranayam which soothes and recalibrates the nervous system
- meditation which allows for a state of being and more space between thoughts
All bodies welcome. No previous experience required.

Please bring your bolster and any other props you may need.
Our yoga shala has mats, blankets and blocks for all.
