Join me for this yin yoga, pranayam and meditation practice to unwind the body, to savour every breath for the benefit of our nervous system, to create space between thoughts towards a state of meditation.
We'll enjoy:
deep and nourishing yin yoga unwind the body
pranayam to calm the nervous system and restore reservoirs of chi
meditation to enjoy the state of being and space between thoughts.
All bodies welcome. No previous experience required.
