“The Australian Funding Landscape” is a series of online workshops delivered by the Research Development Program with the aim of showcasing the diversity of opportunities available to UTS researchers in attracting external research funding.
The series began with an overview session, showcasing the breadth of the research funding landscape in Australia. Six sessions will follow on from this, each providing detailed insights into different funding opportunity types.
This is the registration page for the follow-on session ‘Am I ready for Cat1? Strategies for success in Nationally Competitive Health and Medical Research Grants;’ convened by Liesel Senn and Michelle Bonello (UTS Research Office).
This session will be delivered as a Zoom webinar. In this session, the panel will discuss the key elements for success in applications to the major health and medical research funding bodies, what applicants should do before they apply, and provide practical steps to help move from being reactive to proactive in this space.
